Travelers With Special Needs

Book Your Cruise with Travel Guide to Hawaii and your special needs will be accommodated.

Important information for travelers with special needs is provided online at the Cruise Line’s website.

Please look through the information listed here. If you don’t find what you are looking for please call NCL directly.

They may ask you for your NCL reservation number before they can answer your questions.

Wheel Chairs are available during the cruise or only with boarding and disembarking. If you want to rent a wheel chair or scooter during your cruise please let us know prior to booking so you can be booked for an accessible cabin which would have an extra space inside your quarters to park the chair or scooter.

For those who have limitations with walking or standing Travel Guide to Hawaii recommends that you take advantage of these services to avoid long lines in the airports and the cruise.

Some ports use Tenders to transport guests from the ship to the dock. Passengers who cannot climb into a transfer boat will need to remain onboard the cruise ship during that port stop.
